These are during meal times creating a healthy heart conscious diet, completing regular exercise and quitting smoking.

What are the foods that are highly recommended by the expert nutritionists that will help to fight off heart disease? Below is a list of a few foods that have previously been proven to aid the heart.

One death from Heart Disease is a tragedy however the levels of Heart Disease within the US isn’t a statistic, it’s now at an epidemic level. Hi All. The main reason to get heart disease is INFLAMMATION. The enemy is not cholesterol or saturated fats, as we have been told for the last 40 years. Inflammation comes from several sources bur the main are grains and grains oils, even if they are whole grains they produce inflammation.
