People who have known pollen allergies or hypersensitivity to acai or berries of this kid should avoid eating this fruit. Consuming these berries in small or moderate amounts has been declared safe. However, it is still best to inquire from a physician if eating acai berries is okay for one’s health, rather than jumping immediately on the acai berry bus.

    i think far too much has been given to the Acai berry's weight loss properties although this great, there are other amazing properties to this wonder berry. Acai berries can slow the aging process, give you increased energy as well as disease prevention.

    Acai berry is to be eaten as a component or part of a balanced nutritional diet. The antioxidents will clense your body and add to the weight loss as well as provide energy, slow aging etc.

    There is no food that should replace a balanced diet and regular exercise, more compliment and enhance the benefits gained by living a healthy lifestyle. The Acai Berry has many benefits that it can provide and should be treated like all other foods. Not as your only nutrition but a part of it.

There are many forms available for ways to get these much needed benefits ranging from a liquid to capsule form. They are available in many grocery stores but to get the most pure form of the fruit it is best to purchase it from a health food store.
