weight lifters toil over, studies by the McMaster researchers show.
The concept states that lifting lighter or lesser weight more times
works just as well as training with heavy weights when it comes to
building muscles mass. What was once used for drop sets, burn-out
sets, warming up, and cooling down is now proven to be just as
important as the main event. Light weight workouts are no longer
just supplementary exercises to heavy lifting.
Weightlifting is recommended for people who want to build their
muscle mass and promote strength. Trainers advise individuals to
start with light loads, with small weights of around 2-3 pounds.
