Great book for ideas of how to shake up your workoutReviewed by Wendy O, 2010-02-01
I found this book extremely helpful for getting out of the workout rut I was in. There are so many ways to work each muscle group and with all the different exercises in this book, it's impossible to get bored or stagnant. It includes workouts with machines, free-weights, balls, and even stuff to do at home with minimal equipment. Would recommend it to anyone who needs some variety in their strength-training regime.
great workouts!!Reviewed by Peggy Melvin, 2009-11-25
If you're like me and have been working out for a while, things can
get a little stale. There are only so many incline presses or
crunches you can do, right? Still, you have to keep going if you
want to keep in shape... Use it or lose it.
This is great because it's full of great ideas to change things up
and keep them interesting. Plus, the little variations here and
there will keep your muscles guessing what is going on and get you
better results.
Whether you're just starting out or an old pro at the gym, this one
has something or everybody.
Fantastic for Starters and Women Looking to Change Up Their
WorkoutsReviewed by Karen L., 2009-09-25
This book not only has a hundred women-appropriate workouts, but it also groups them and give you routines to do if you want to focus on just one body part or you need a full body work out. It has options for people who can't go to the gym and beginners. I use it to get new ideas and even organize my workouts so I get the most out of each one. I would definitely recommend this!
Great!Reviewed by S. R. Adams, 2009-07-13
This book has some great pictures and explanations. I love to lift weights and bought this book to learn new lifts and see the proper technique.
101 Workouts for Women: Everything You Need to Get a Lean, Strong
and Fit PhysiqueReviewed by Joseph E. Leiato, 2009-06-09
The book is well illustrated with nice glossy pictures and the layout is well organized. But that is what one comes to expect from the 101 Series.
